Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp: A combination of visionary between elegance and wild Africa

LW Design Group opened a new chapter in the world of hospitality by presenting a revolutionary design for The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp, Ritz-Carlton Safari Property in Kenya, who was ready to welcome guests starting in August 2025.

In the heart of Kenya’s legendary savanna, right on the banks of the Sand River which divides the wild landscape of Masai Mara, a new masterpiece will soon be born.

The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp, designed by the LW Design Group, presents a new definition in the world of luxury safari: a place where biophilic designs, local arts, and world-class comfort combined in charming harmony.

As the debut of The Ritz-Carlton in the Safari campsite, this project is also an important milestone for LW Design-Firma architecture and well-known global interior-which for the first time buried itself into African exotic landscapes. The result?

The ultra-luxurious purpose that is not only united in nature, but also respect the cultural heritage of masai.

Integrated with the sky and trees

Instead of dominating the landscape, each structure is designed to rise as high as three meters above the ground, freeing the view towards the canopy of the trees. From this height, guests can witness wild life flowing in a complete naturalness, as if they were in the middle of the stage of the natural performance.

This design concept is more than just aesthetics. It is a manifestation of biophilic philosophy, which prioritizes emotional relationships between humans and nature.

The first step towards this experience began since guests crossed the 30 meter suspension bridge – a symbolic transition from the modern world to a calm and ancient wild.
