Preparing Papua to face the AI era, Telkom Indonesia presents Indigo Ai Connect with an innovative approach
In the era of digital transformation that is getting faster, all regions in Indonesia, including Papua, are facing opportunities as well as challenges to prepare young people in dealing with changes in the world of work driven by an imitation reason (AI). Access to the right knowledge and skills is the key so they can compete and contribute to the national digital economy.
As a concrete step in supporting this readiness, Telkom Indonesia through the Indigo program, presents Indigo AI Connect Papua Series at Indigospace Papua, Jayapura. This program focuses on equipping students, students, and fresh graduates with the insights and skills needed to remain relevant in the digital age.
In two main sessions, participants are invited to get to know more about the influence of AI on the world of work and key skills that need to be mastered. The first session discussed the influence of AI on the world of work and important skills mastered. In the second session, the participants received an attractive offer in the form of a professional CV workshop in accordance with industrial standards, and were guided by experts from Manibobi Preneurs.
As Senior Manager of Indigo, Patricia Eugene Gasperz views Indigo Ai Connect not just ordinary training, but a strategic bridge for the younger generation of Papua to really be ready to compete in the digital era. In addition, by increasing the capacity of the younger generation as a whole, this event also supports the creation of a more adaptive and resilient community in facing future technological challenges that continue to develop.
