BRI Branch Office Tanah Abang Supports Working Visit of Commission

On Tuesday, 14 October 2025, the BRI Tanah Abang Branch Office took an active role in the working visit of Members of Commission This event is part of the government’s efforts to socialize the acceleration of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in 2025, a national initiative to encourage equal access to education for all Indonesian students.

This activity was attended by Mrs. Himmatul Aliyah, Member of Commission X DPR RI, as well as officials from the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). On this occasion, Mrs. Himmatul Aliyah symbolically handed over PIP savings books to the students of SMKN 14 Jakarta, as a form of joint commitment to ensure that educational assistance can be distributed on target and transparently.

As the official distribution partner of the Smart Indonesia Program, Bank BRI through the Tanah Abang Branch Office also ensures the readiness of banking services so that the process of opening accounts and distributing aid funds runs quickly and safely. This support is in line with BRI’s commitment to continue to play an active role in supporting government programs, especially in the fields of education and empowering the younger generation.

This activity is also an important momentum for BRI to strengthen collaboration with educational institutions and government agencies, as well as showing BRI’s real role in supporting financial inclusion for students throughout Indonesia.
