BRI Finance and the Bandar Lampung District Attorney’s Office Strengthen Synergy through Signing of Legal Cooperation

Bandar Lampung, 7 October 2025 – PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia (“BRI Finance”) continues to emphasize its commitment to building clean, transparent and integrity corporate governance. A concrete manifestation of this commitment was carried out through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor’s Office on October 7 2025 in the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor’s Hall. This strategic step aims to increase the effectiveness of handling and resolving legal problems in the civil and state administration fields, both through litigation and non-litigation legal assistance.

The signing of the MoU was carried out by the Head of the BRI Multifinance Bandar Lampung Branch, together with the Head of the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor’s Office, Baharuddin M, SH, MH, and attended by the Head of the Civil and State Administration Section (Kasi Datun), Bambang Irawan, SH, MH, along with all Section Heads and employees of the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor’s Office. In his remarks, the Head of the Bandar Lampung District Prosecutor’s Office also said that the Prosecutor’s Office as the State Attorney is ready to provide constructive legal support to BUMN, BUMD and other financial institutions, in order to realize legal certainty and protect the interests of the state and society.

Through this collaboration, the Bandar Lampung District Attorney will act as a State Attorney, providing legal assistance and protection against potential civil and state administrative disputes that may be faced by BRI Finance Bandar Lampung Branch. Optimal legal protection is very important in the financing industry because it ensures that every financing, billing and dispute resolution process is carried out in accordance with legal corridors, minimizes the risk of litigation, and maintains the trust of customers and stakeholders. This synergy is also a proactive step to create a business environment that is conducive, professional, free from legal risks, and supports the recovery of state finances.
