OPTIMA CEO, M. Ali Zaenal Becomes Speaker on Exabytes Marketing Fest 2025 AI Panel

OPTIMA CEO, M. Ali Zaenal, was present as a speaker in a panel session entitled “Creative Reinvention: How AI is Changing Content Production for Brands?” which was the main highlight of the Exabytes Marketing Fest 2025. This event took place at CBN Hall on Thursday (11/12).

In this discussion, M. Ali Zaenal shared the stage with two other industry figures, namely Muh. Ilman Akbar (Founder & CEO of Daily SEO) and Galuh Koco Sadewo (Co-Founder & Chief BD & Partnership BOTIKA). The three of them take an in-depth look at how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the content production landscape and address the challenge of whether this technology will replace the role of humans.

Human Excellence: Taste, Empathy, and Emotion

In his presentation, M. Ali Zaenal provided a strong perspective that human creativity has fundamental elements that AI does not have. He emphasized that the human touch is the key to making content relevant and touching to the audience.

“Humans are still superior to AI because humans have taste, empathy & emotions,” said Ali.

According to him, content aimed at humans still requires emotional depth and perspective that can only be born from real human experience.

AI Collaboration and Creator Uniqueness

Responding to Ali’s views, Muh. Ilman Akbar added that AI should be positioned as a productivity tool, not a substitute for the character of a creator.

“Generating content using AI is fine, but we have to add uniqueness to the content we want to create. Well, only we know this uniqueness,” explained Ilman.

Ilman emphasized that although AI can speed up the work process, this technology cannot replicate the authenticity of the creator’s thinking style.

Limitations of AI: Bias and Instability

From a technological perspective, Galuh Koco Sadewo reminded participants about the limitations of AI that are still real, such as algorithm bias and instability of results.

“AI is biased, sometimes it gives the results we want and like, sometimes it produces crazy things too,” said Galuh.

He gave the example of the viral phenomenon “Lisa UGM” as proof that AI can provide inaccurate information if it is not monitored using human critical thinking.

Conclusion: AI Does Not Replace Humans

Closing the panel session, the three speakers agreed that the role of creators remains irreplaceable. M. Ali Zaenal reiterated his main point:

“AI will never be able to completely replace humans in creating content aimed at humans.”

The discussion at Exabytes Marketing Fest 2025 concluded that even though the use of AI is increasingly massive, this technology is still seen as a tool to support creativity, where the main control remains in human hands.
