“Returning to Bali is not just home. This is a spiritual journey to create something that has a soul,” said Rai, who had long been in the world of Melbourne restaurants. From his experience in the city, he learned that food is not only a matter of taste, but also a matter of story and community.

In Yuki, who was first present in Canggu in 2021, the spirit was present in every detail. With the concept of modern Japanese Izakaya that emphasizes the technique of baking with firewood, a warm and friendly atmosphere is the key.

When expanding to Uluwatu, the identity remains attached – making Yuki not just a place to eat, but a place to go home.
