Strengthening AI Literacy, Maxy Academy Present Workshop Prompt Engineering and Logic Flow


Jakarta, May 22, 2025 – Maxy Academy in collaboration with TBN Indonesia successfully held an exclusive workshop titled “Prompt Mastery & Flows Logic: Build Ai Flow Without Coding” which took place at the Indonesia Impact Hub Team, Central Jakarta.

This activity took place from 09.00 to 13.00 WIB and was followed by young professionals, industry players, to educators who were enthusiastic to understand the application of artificial intelligence practically and applicatively, without requiring technical background in programming.

Through the AI ​​Flows Prompt Engineering and Logic-Based approach, participants are invited to explore how AI can be used to build smart workflows that are relevant to business needs, education, to the social sector.

This training session was arranged in a hands-on and interactive manner, so that participants not only gained conceptual insights, but also immediately practiced the making of the AI ​​flow independently.

In the midst of the faster adoption rate of technology, AI literacy is an important competency across fields. The McKinsey report in 2024 shows that more than 60% of work in Indonesia has the potential to be affected by automation, while the level of basic understanding of AI is still relatively low among the workforce.

Realizing these challenges, this training was presented as an inclusive learning space to bridge the gap of digital skills.

“We believe that access to technology should not be limited only to those who master coding. With a prompt and logic-based approach, we want to open the way so that more people can be actively involved in digital transformation,” said Isaac Munandar, CEO & Co-Founder of Maxy Academy in an interview session held after the event.

In line with that, Sydney Rosalind, Marketing Manager of Maxy Academy, emphasized the importance of speed and accuracy in the application of AI. “Applied AI is not about who is the most good, but who is the fastest and most appropriate to use AI. So the institution now must start adapting to AIENT AI as part of operational transformation,” he explained.

Meanwhile, from the technical side, Nathanael ABelito Leo, Fullstack Developer Maxy Academy, sees the potential of agentic AI as a cross -functional solution. “This can be followed by all lines of divisions. Both internal and external organizations can use this agentic AI to improve efficiency and productivity,” he said.

As a form of recognition of the competencies that have been built, all participants get a certificate of completion and digital badge that can be used as proof of expertise in the basic AI field.
